Who do I contact to place an order?
Just email or call us and we will be more than happy to help you. We try to make the ordering process as simple as possible.

What information is needed to place an order?
We will need to know the item number, quantity, color of item, sizes for apparel, what you want imprinted, imprint positions, artwork, in hand date, and any special instructions.

When are additional costs incurred?
The pricing in our database usually does not include any art set-up, running charges, over/under runs, or freight. We can advise you of these charges when the order is placed.

Where do I submit my logo artwork?
You may submit your artwork via email as an attachment. The email address for logo reception is promos@partnersprinting.com. We accept both Macintosh and PC file formats. It is preferable that you send a logo that is higher resolution so that we can better transfer your logo to the merchandise. The most desirable format is an eps. file. However, if you are limited in the types of files that you have readily available, please just email us what you think is best. If we have any concerns, we will contact you and provide solutions. If your files are larger than 10mgs you can use our ftp site (contact us for this option).
